This document presents the results for iodized salt and wheat flour samples taken during 2009 by the Environmental Health Department/Ministry of Health of the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. Samples were taken as part of the inspection activities in wheat mills, salt factories, wholesale/retail stores and imported products. Results of 2009 samples are compared to those obtained in 2008 to determine changes in compliance.
