The Ag2Nut CoP followed up the conversation that began in February 2014 and focused on what is needed for global monitoring of access to adequate nutritious food. The call was co-sponsored with the Food Security Information Network (FSIN), and started with a discussion on a framework to categorize indicators, which was completed during the call. The conversation was intended to align understanding of the ways adequate nutritious food could be measured, and how knowledge within Ag2Nut might feed into other relevant conversations surrounding the post-MDGs, the FSIN technical working group, the FAO suite of food security indicators, and the ICN2 accountability framework.
